The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a really quiet area, just next door to restaurants, supermarkets, hiking, fishing, river rafting and the local attractions. The location was absolutely perfect and gorgeous - just 5 minutes' walk from Anne of Cleves House. Spotlessly clean rooms with well maintained garden, had a VERY DELIGHTFUL experience.

We had a fantastic experience at this place! The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and attractions, and it was wonderfully quiet in a small street with beautiful gardens. They were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for local attractions and the Tongariro Crossing. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, with big bathrooms and private external access. The breakfast was delicious, with all the fruit coming from their own garden. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and relaxation.

The scenery was beautiful and it was easy to find. There were plenty of activities to do nearby. the rooms were clean and well cared for. the breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit. the hosts were accommodating and helpful with recommendations for places to eat.
It was very noisy at night. There was a lot of traffic noise from the nearby road and people walking around outside the room.

The garden was really well-maintained, with a lovely big park-like feel. The breakfast was yummy, and the hosts were kind enough to offer different options. The location was good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was a bit dirty when we arrived, and it took a while for the staff to come and clean it. The shared living room was pretty cramped, and there wasn't enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't come back.
